And we’re looking for a video editor who doesn’t just cut clips, but crafts stories.
What You’ll Do
- Editing with Speed & Precision
- Deliver high-quality edits with quick turnaround times from brand films to reels, shorts, podcasts, and event coverage.
- Maintain technical excellence across formats : sound, transitions, pacing, grading, and motion.
- Storytelling through the Edit Table
- Shape raw footage into powerful stories that flow seamlessly.
- Work with rhythm, emotion, and cinematic pacing not just aesthetics.
- Use your understanding of narrative arcs to elevate even short-form edits into experiences.
- Cinematic & Contemporary Awareness
- Draw inspiration from cinema and pop culture to push creative boundaries.
- Stay sharp on what’s working in micro-content (reels, shorts, YouTube edits, podcast cuts).
- Blend cinematic craft with digital-first energy.
- Collaboration with the Creative Team
- Be involved in pre-production ideation to set yourself (and the team) up for stronger post-production outcomes.
- Work with directors, designers, and writers to ensure the edit aligns with the larger creative vision.
- Suggest formats, transitions, and techniques proactively instead of only executing briefs.
- Technical Mastery
- Advanced knowledge of Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve (and After Effects is a plus).
- Strong skills in text animation, color grading, and basic motion graphics to elevate edits.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality.
- Manage assets, workflows, and file structures for smooth collaboration.
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in editing films, ads, or content across formats.A showreel that demonstrates both storytelling chops and technical finesse.Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and music usage.Awareness of global cinema references and digital-first editing styles.Ability to think like a storyteller, not just an editor.Agility to work on both long-form content and micro-content with equal strength.Bonus : Experience in motion graphics, sound design, or experimental formats.Why Join Us
