Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Teacher located in Patna. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for creating lesson plans, implementing curriculum development, and supporting early childhood education. They will oversee a nurturing and engaging environment for young learners, fostering their overall growth and development. The role also includes maintaining active communication with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and effective learning experience.

Qualifications

Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development

Knowledge of Early Childhood Education best practices and strategies

Strong Communication skills, including the ability to effectively engage with children and parents

Proficiency in Kindergarten teaching methodologies and approaches

Patience, creativity, and a passion for early education

Relevant certifications or a degree in Education or Early Childhood Education is preferred
