Job Title : Full Stack MERN Developer

Location : Noida, Sector 88 (Onsite)

Experience : 2–3 Years

Working Days : 6 Days a Week (Onsite)

Employment Type : Full-time

We are seeking a passionate Full Stack MERN Developer with 2–3 years of experience to join our in-house tech team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building seamless, scalable, and high-performing digital solutions that enhance our brand’s online experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop end-to-end web application features using React (JavaScript / TypeScript) for the frontend and Node.Js / Express for the backend.
Build responsive, modern UIs using HTML / CSS , Tailwind CSS , Material UI , or Chakra UI .
Design and manage databases :
MongoDB (Mongoose, aggregation, indexes)
MySQL (schemas, joins, migrations)
Develop and maintain secure REST / GraphQL APIs , implement authentication (JWT / session) , input validation, and payment integrations.
Handle server-side configurations , logging, error handling, and basic DevOps tasks (Linux, npm / PM2, Docker, simple CI / CD).

Must-Have Skills :

Frontend : React (Hooks), JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML / CSS, React Router, and state management (Context API / Redux / Zustand).

Backend : Node.Js, Express.Js.

Databases : MongoDB and MySQL.

UI Frameworks : Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or Chakra UI.

Strong understanding of web fundamentals : HTTP, CORS, caching, async patterns, API security, and validation.

Nice to Have :

Experience with Prisma , Redis , queues / jobs , and WebSockets .

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, DigitalOcean).

Familiarity with containerization using Docker.
