Oracle R12 Scm

Role summary :

Lead functional delivery for Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Supply Chain Management, translating business requirements into scalable R12 solutions, driving configuration, testing, cutover and post-go-live support to deliver measurable supply-chain improvements.

Core responsibilities –

Lead end-to-end functional design and configuration for Oracle R12 SCM modules : Inventory, Order Management, Bills of Material, Work in Process, Warehouse Management (WMS), Cost Management, Shipping Execution and Advanced Pricing / Procurement, where applicable.

Conduct fit / gap analysis and produce clear functional specifications, process flows, and configuration guides aligned to R12 capabilities.

Drive workshops and business process re-engineering to optimize order-to-cash, inventory operations & procure-to-pay.

Coordinate integrations with middleware / technical teams, to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Create test strategy, test scripts, lead QA / UAT, and manage defect triage;

own cutover planning and hyper care support.

Mentor and lead functional consultants, act as primary liaison to business stakeholders, and maintain project governance, risks, and stakeholder reporting.

Key skills & expertise - Deep hands-on implementation experience in Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules and configuration.

Preferred - Oracle EBS R12 SCM certification.
