Key Responsibilities :
- Implement Oracle CX Cloud applications across multiple modules : CX Sales, B2B Service Cloud, Field Service Cloud, CPQ, Asset-Based Service, Subscription Management, Incentive Compensation.
- Analyze customer requirements, conduct workshops, and develop functional and technical solutions.
- Configure, customize, and extend CX Cloud solutions using tools such as VBCS, VBS, Redwood UI, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), JET, HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
- Lead full system life cycle phases : requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, development, testing (SIT / UAT), go-live, and post-production support.
- Mentor junior consultants and ensure alignment to Oracle Cloud methodologies and standards.
- Design and develop integrations (point-to-point and via Integration Cloud), data migrations, reporting, and AI-based accelerators on OCI.
- Implement security best practices and comply with Oracle Cloud policies.
- Prepare solution documentation, process flows, and knowledge transfer materials.
