A. Role Objection : Drive sustained profitable growth in assigned region & allocated Industrial Distributors & Specialized Seal distributors aligned with SKF's strategic goals
B. Responsibilities
Sales & Distribution Management
1. Drive SKF distribution management tools to achieve annual growth & operating margin targets.
2. Manage and coach existing distributors to formulate and execute growth plans. Identify new areas / platforms to expand the distribution network.
3. Promote new product offerings or special schemes to achieve sales growth.
4. Ensure distributor compliance with SKF's policies, branding, and operational standards.
5. Build and enhance the capabilities of distributor sales and technical teams through regular engagement, training, and joint customer visits to ensure effective promotion and application of SKF seal solutions
Customer & Account Engagement
1. Identify right opportunities with customer accounts to develop and deliver value-based offers.
2. Serve as the primary business contact for customers and ensure high satisfaction.
3. Build strategic relationships with senior management at key accounts to become a long-term trusted partner.
Strategic Growth Implementation
Collaborate internally to implement ISEA Industrial Growth strategy by :
a. Owning at least one of the Growth pillars
b. Driving cadence on implementation plans
c. Supporting peers with market analysis and execution ideas

E. Candidate Profile :
Years of experience required - 5-10 years of experience in handing Industrial distribution customers for PAN India.
The Role requires travelling in the region of responsibility. So, willingness to travel often (40% time) is critical to success of this role.

G. Qualification :
BE Mechanical (Mechanical, Industrial, Production or equivalent) (Full time) and MBA Marketing (Not mandatory)
