Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Site Project Coordinator. The coordinator will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating teams, schedules, and resources, monitoring project progress, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The role also involves problem-solving and ensuring smooth execution of project plans.

Qualifications

• Project management and planning skills with experience in coordinating construction activities and schedules.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to liaise effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making to address project challenges efficiently.
• Familiarity with construction software and tools, along with technical aptitude for managing project documents and schedules.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in project management or safety training are a plus.
