Role Overview
The Luxury Sales Executive will be responsible for converting premium inquiries into confirmed bookings through exceptional storytelling, communication, and relationship building. This is not a typical sales role — it is a luxury experience role where your words, conduct, and emotional intelligence shape the first impression of Novella.
You will be the bridge between brand storytelling and business growth, ensuring every conversation reflects Novella’s identity as the emerging Rolls Royce of the wedding industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound luxury wedding inquiries with elegance and emotional depth.
- Present Novella’s story, portfolio, and experience to clients with clarity and confidence.
- Convert leads into bookings through strong storytelling and value-based communication.
- Collaborate with planners, venues, designers, and influencers to generate new business.
- Understand client psychology and guide them through packages, deliverables, and brand experience.
- Maintain relationship journeys with UHNI / HNI families with warmth and professionalism.
- Follow the complete sales process : inquiry → storytelling → meeting (virtual / in-person) → closure → handover.
- Create and maintain sales decks, pitch notes, and communication templates.
- Manage follow-ups, scheduling, and pipeline flow using trackers or CRM tools.
- Support collaboration initiatives with luxury venues, bridal designers, and wedding ecosystem partners.
- Maintain the highest communication standards — polished, calm, articulate, and purposeful.
- Uphold Novella’s luxury tone in WhatsApp messages, emails, calls, and meetings.
- Work with the founder and brand communication team to refine scripts, storytelling, and pitch frameworks.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through consistent, high-quality conversions.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills — spoken, written, and presentation.Strong storytelling ability; should be able to convert emotion into business.Prior experience in luxury sales, hospitality, weddings, fashion, or premium services (preferred).Ability to handle UHNI / HNI clients with maturity, grace, and emotional intelligence.Strong listening, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.Open to dynamic schedules, weekend meetings, and late-night follow-ups during wedding season.Ability to build trust quickly and sustain long-term relationships.Passion for weddings, creativity, luxury experiences, and people.Comfortable with pitch meetings, virtual demos, and in-person presentations.Proficiency in Excel / Sheets for sales tracking and follow-ups.Ideal Candidate
