Job Description :
Handling full cycle of Recruitment from sourcing of candidates till the candidate gets onboard.
Sourcing quality candidates through in-house database, using portals, referrals.
Handling candidate screening in order to judge the candidate's suitability for attitude, academic, experience, & communication skills.
Formulating interview schedules, filling reports of candidate's status, recording their joining reports, tracking hiring reports, and maintaining resume database.
Scheduling & coordinating interviews.
Consistently following up with candidates.
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with technical experts; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
Negotiation and closing the position
Required Skills :
At least 2+ years experience in recruitment specifically for IT positions.
You should have an understanding of software development roles.
Must be expertise to hire talent from open source platforms i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed etc.
Someone with hands-on experience of ATS.
Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
