About Copper + Cloves

Copper + Cloves is a plant-based cafe, cloud kitchen and studio built around wellness, sustainability and quality. We're expanding our operations across Bangalore and are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager who can bring structure, transparency and efficiency to our growing supply chain. It is crucial you will have experience and know how to speak with multiple vendors & cross-check on pricing and quality.

THE ROLE

We're looking for someone who can work between kitchen operations, finance and vendors. It is important to ensure every ingredient or utensil that comes into our kitchens meets the standards of quality, cost and ethics that define our brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all vendor sourcing, negotiations and relationships for ingredients, packaging and kitchen materials.
• Oversee daily and weekly ordering across cloud kitchen, cafe and studio.
• Ensure timely delivery, accurate stock levels and zero service disruption.
• Track food costs, vendor payments and price fluctuations.
• Conduct regular stock audits and inventory reconciliation with the Head Chef.
• Implement and monitor SOPs for procurement, hygiene and documentation.
• Maintain transparency in purchase approvals, bills and records.
• Work with Finance to manage POs, GRNs and payment schedules.
• Support menu costing and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Develop sustainable and ethical vendor networks aligned with Copper + Cloves' values.
