Job description2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta & Google Ads campaigns. Proven track record in generating high-quality leads or eCommerce sales. Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and Google Tag Manager. Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, or similar tools. Creative mindset + analytical thinking — able to blend storytelling with data. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Experience with YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Performance Max campaigns. Understanding of funnels, landing pages, and CRM integration. Agency experience handling multiple client accounts. Work with diverse brands across industries. Growth-oriented, creative, and collaborative environment. Freedom to test new strategies and ideas.
Location : Mumbai, Byculla (WFO Only)

What You’ll Do :
- Plan, execute & optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for Lead Generation & eCommerce clients.
- Conduct deep audience research, A / B testing, and funnel analysis to improve performance.
- Analyze campaign data, track KPIs, and prepare weekly / monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate with creative & content teams to align ad messaging with brand goals.
- Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
- Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices.
