About the Role
As a founding member of the Auxia Analyst team, you will play a significant role in informing how we use data to help our customers grow. You will also work with other members of the Auxia team to better understand customer problems and improve the performance of our proprietary machine learning models.
Key Responsibilities :
Analyze user behavior, feature usage, and funnel drop-offs to surface actionable insightsDesign and measure A / B experiments to validate product hypothesesOwn and maintain dashboards to track core product and business metricsCollaborate with PMs and engineers to define event tracking and ensure data qualityIdentify opportunities for growth, retention, and conversion improvements️ Present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholdersWhat We're Looking For :
4-7 years of experience in product analytics, business analytics, or similar role preferably at a fast-growing technology company1+ years experience in performing and / or analyzing results from experiments on user behavior, preferably as a partner to the growth or marketing team at a B2C companyStrong SQL skills - comfortable writing complex joins and CTEsProficient in PythonExperience with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog)Familiarity with data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)Experience working with Cloud services consuming and managing large scale data sets️ Strong communication skills - ability to translate data into compelling narrativesThrives in ambiguity, ownership mindset, and willing to 'get your hands dirty' outside of the scope of your role (e.g. product vision, strategic roadmap etc)Bonus : Experience training, improving and / or deploying machine learning models, including developing production software systems such as data pipelines or backend services is a plusWhy Auxia?
