In this role, you%27ll be part of Genpact%27s transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions-domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You%27ll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.

Responsibilities

• .CI / CD Implementation : Lead the design and implementation of CI / CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery..Automation Tools : Utilize automation tools to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve system efficiency..Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Implement IaC practices to manage and provision infrastructure using code, ensuring consistency and scalability..Monitoring Solutions : Develop and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure system performance and availability..Configuration Management Systems : Use configuration management systems like Ansible to automate system configurations and deployments..Cloud Orchestration : Manage cloud orchestration to optimize resource allocation and enhance system scalability.Leadership and Strategic Thinking :
• .Team Management : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of DevOps engineers. Create a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement..Strategic Planning : Develop and execute strategic plans for DevOps practices aligned with Agentic AI%27s goals.
