Am - Direct Procurement - Po Processing

About the Role : We are seeking a Procurement Manager to join Earthful in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for Supply chain, vendor management, procurement, and inventory optimization to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing that supports our growing D2C brand. Location : Full-time position, based out of Hyderabad Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
• Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure the best terms and conditions.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Manage inventory levels and optimize inventory turnover.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs
• Resolve any procurement-related issues or disputes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations relevant to procurement. Skill sets :
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Supply chain, Operations and Procurement principles and practices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Proficient in using purchasing software and MS Office
