Senior Media Manager (Programmatic)

Job Description :

• Platforms : DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP, Google Ads
• Providing tactical planning support, including campaign objective and strategic target audience. This includes supporting in issuing vendor Request for Proposals (RFPs) and sharing POV & recommendation on vendor evaluation / selection, 1st & 3rd party targeting, creative asset strategy, and inventory sources / platforms. Strategic direction will be set by Crossmedia, with Zoo supporting their planning coordination.
• Upon approval of campaigns, Zoo to assist XM in requesting ad tags (advising on ad tag strategy / needs and requesting from XM’s AdOps department) and DSP Trafficking (in- platform build and QA of approved Programmatic campaigns).
• Supporting XM in generating conversion tags & remarketing pixel integration, then QA’ing once these are placed on-site by clients (Zoo is not responsible for tag placement)
• Daily pacing, anomaly detection, and insight mining to identify optimization recommendations, , such as budget flighting, bid optimizations, supply path optimization, inventory & targeting optimization, channels flighting, placement optimization, etc.
• Routine QA to ensure accuracy of in-market campaigns
• Analysis and campaign insights for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting deliverables (cadence to vary based on marketing campaign)
• Slight support of external communications (i.e. email delivery of basic tasks, such as confirming campaign delivery, requesting vendor support tickets, etc.)
