Urgent Hiring For Secretary in Patent Department.

Our Client in terms of its practice provides service across all aspects of Intellectual Property rights including patents, plant varieties, designs, trademarks, copyright, geographical indications trade secrets and related matters. Founded in 1994, today it has over 277 people and is amongst the top five IP firms in India.

Location - Hyderabad And Bangalore
Qualification: Graduation (we need experienced candidate in Patent/IPR Sector)

Desired Skills and Experience: -
1. Prior art searches (Patent and NPLs)
2. Experience in an IPR law firm or in the IPR department of other organizations. Precise
experience in handling transactions at the e-filing module of the Indian Patent office
such as filing of applications, formality documents, responses, post-grant documents
etc.
3. Good academic record and analytical skills
4. Confident; sound communication skills; ability to coordinate with clients and
professional personnel within the firm; good relationship skills , Database Known (PatSeer, Google Patent, Google Scholar)
5. Knowledge of constitution, legal terminology, regulations and court system
6. Knowledge of MS Office and ability to work with legal technology (court-filing computer systems, transcription software, dictaphone etc)
7. Working knowledge of litigation management software systems is a plus
8. Performed Patentability, Invalidity, FTO, Landscapes, Infringement search.
9- OSI Model , 4th Generation/5thGeneration, Basic Electronics
