Job description

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

a. Maintain accurate books of accounts for the Family Office and related entities (investment, real estate, trusts, etc.).

b. Record and reconcile all financial transactions, including investments, loans, and inter-entity transfers.

c. Manage accounts payable / receivable, vendor invoices, reimbursements, and expense tracking.

2. Reporting & MIS

a. Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, and investment summaries.

b. Support preparation of consolidated family net-worth statements.

c. Assist in preparing MIS dashboards for the Promoter / Head of Family Office.

3. Compliance & Audit

a. Ensure statutory compliance for GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other filings in coordination with external consultants.

b. Liaise with auditors, bankers, and legal / tax advisors.

c. Maintain documentation for all statutory and investment-related records.

4. Treasury & Investment Accounting

a. Track investments across equity, debt, mutual funds, real estate, and alternate assets.

b. Maintain detailed investment ledgers, maturity schedules, and yield tracking.

c. Support in evaluating performance and returns from different asset classes.

5. Systems & Controls

a. Assist in setting up accounting systems (Tally, Zoho Books, or other ERP) and internal control processes.

b. Implement document management and approval workflows for expenses and investments.

Qualifications & Experience :

1. Education : Qualified CA.

2. Experience : 10 years in accounting; exposure to investment accounting or multi-entity books preferred.

Skills :

1. Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / Excel.

2. Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.

3. Ability to handle confidential financial data with discretion
