Job descriptionBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field. At least 1 year of experience in AI, software engineering, or closely related fields (exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered). Hands-on knowledge of common AI techniques, including machine learning methods and statistical modeling. Masters degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related discipline. Experience with Large Language Models, Retrieval Augmented Generation, or other advanced modern AI tooling. Prior work with cloud platforms (preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) a major plus. Experience in designing and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite and Fusion applications. Preferably Oracle HRMS / Fusion HCM Experience in developing and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI / CD. Design, develop, and support AI-based enterprise applications using modern AI tools and technologies (e.g., AI Agents, Retrieval Augmented Generation [RAG], Managed Cloud Platform [MCP], Large Language Models). Apply classical AI techniques such as clustering, classification, regression, Monte Carlo simulations, and Bayesian blending. Participate in system planning, scheduling, and implementation for enterprise-scale AI applications. Build new product features and / or enhance existing features to automate complex business flows and operations. Develop conversion and system implementation plans. Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver innovative AI-driven solutions. Ensure application scalability, reliability, and performance in a cloud environment. Contribute to best practices for development, testing, and deployment of AI applications. Job duties are varied and complex using independent judgment. May have project lead role.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in programming languages relevant to AI (e.g., Python, Java).
- Familiarity with modern AI / ML frameworks and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Oracle Cloud AI services).
- Practical experience with enterprise software development, including REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in translating business needs into scalable AI solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary, and global team environment.
- Communicating confidently with peers and management within technical and business teams
