Product Development Coordinator (Production Merchandiser)

Welcome to YH Texpert Based in Texas, US, we are a well-established fashion company with over a decade of experience in the industry. Specializing in bohemian and ethnic styles in women's garments, bags and accessories. We are currently looking for a Product Development Coordinator that can work with our multiple vendors with pre-production planning and Quality Control.

• Experience : 2- 4 years

Job Description / Responsibilities :

1.     Coordinate with Headquarters – Design + Merchandising teams to ensure timelines and quality standards are met

2.     Assess production schedules to ascertain their feasibility based on the production capabilities of our various vendors.

3.     Establishing relationships with the vendors and suppliers in order to obtain materials needed for new product lines. And following up with Vendor for daily updates to assess and identify any delay and provide quick solutions .

4.     Implement quality control measures by examining finished products for any defects or flaws that require rectification.

5.     Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks, monitor their progress, and identify potential challenges while formulating solutions to ensure timely order completion.

6.     Create and manage WIP report for tracking development, also provide status reports to all departments.
