Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and conducting periodic audits. Additional responsibilities include assisting with budgeting, monitoring cash flow, managing invoices and payments, and reconciling accounts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and preparation of financial statements
• Experience in budget management, cost analysis, and financial forecasting
• Knowledge of tax compliance, regulatory standards, and audit practices
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.G., QuickBooks, Tally) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;

a professional certification (e.G., CPA, CA) is a plus
