Solution Consultant – UKG Pro WFM / HCM
Location : Pune (Full-time)
Role Overview :
As a Solution Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering superior Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workforce Management (WFM) solutions to our clients. Leveraging your expert knowledge of UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions and related enterprise software, you will design and implement comprehensive solutions, ensuring maximum business value and client satisfaction. Superior communication, presentation ability, and client management skills are vital for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct workshops with senior customer stakeholders to assess and gather detailed requirements.
Architect comprehensive solutions integrating UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions with third-party products aligned to business goals.
Design and implement customizations and integrations to address specific client needs.
Build, configure, and document business requirements, creating detailed technical specifications for implementation teams.
Provide expert support during functional, integration, and user acceptance testing phases.
Advocate for industry best practices in workforce management, process optimization, and system configuration.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical and technical stakeholders using use cases, visual diagrams, and process flows.
Foster strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure high satisfaction.
Mentor and guide team members on advanced modules and solutioning aspects when required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
0 –10 years experience implementing / supporting enterprise applications and workforce management systems (UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions, Workday, Ceridian, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Payroll, Time and Labor modules).
5+ years direct experience in Workforce Management consulting or solutioning.
Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, and configuration of UKG Products.
Proven expertise with UKG Pro WFM modules : Time Keeping, Advanced Scheduling, Accruals, Leave, Forecasting, Attendance, Activities (Employee Self-Service experience is a plus).
Strong track record delivering quality, on-time technology solutions for medium to large enterprise customers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal skills and ability to manage tasks independently to completion.
Travel up to 25% may be required for client meetings and implementations.
