Key Mansions is looking for a real estate Team Leader with below job responsibilities -

• Candidate who can join Immediate will preferred.
• We are looking for the one who Leads Team provides direction and guidance to a team members.
• To manage the day to day operations with a team of agents and meet the required service levels, quality and productivity.
• As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent.
• Should have the ability to motivate the team to achieve their targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Building and managing relationships with clients.

Understanding of the real estate market and competitive environment.

Experience Required - Minimum 2 years of sales in real estate or having team leading experience in same industry for Mumbai (Andheri) location.
