Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agronomist with extensive experience in hydroponics cultivation of vine crops. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our advanced hydroponics farm operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cultivation of vine crops including Bell Peppers, Cherry Tomatoes, and Seedless Cucumbers
- Develop and implement optimal fertigation schedules
- Operate and maintain auto fertigation machines
- Implement integrated pest management strategies
- Monitor crop health and implement preventive and corrective measures
- Conduct detailed crop performance analysis
- Support farm technology implementation and crop optimization
