About the Company
At Lovegen , we’ve just rounded off a major rebrand with new brand elements, a revamped website, fresh merchandise, and more. This is a defining moment in our trajectory, and we’re looking for an HR Intern to assist with recruitment and operations.
About the Role
Looking for an HR Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in HR functions, working in a dynamic and creative environment.
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition : Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews to find the best talent for our growing team
- Employee Engagement : Help plan and execute fun team activities, celebrations, and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- HR Operations : Support in maintaining employee records, onboarding processes, and other administrative tasks
- Policy Development : Collaborate on drafting and implementing workplace policies and procedures
