Technology Lead - Iridescent Technology, Bangalore (Salary 24-30 lakhs pa)

1. About Iridescent Technology

Founded in 2022, building AI that unleashes human potential. Products include Zavmo (Top 20 AI Innovation Learning Tools 2025) and Jan Analytics, transforming how millions learn globally through enterprise learning technology.

2. The Role : Team Lead (Office-Based, Bangalore)

Lead technical teams (backend, frontend, mobile, DevOps, testing, QA) to deliver on time to global enterprises. Coordinate Bangalore teams whilst collaborating with European teams. Bridge technical delivery with management. Adhere and execute product delivery consistently and on time to business requirements as defined by the CEO.

Reporting to the CEO.

3. Responsibilities and Tasks

Delivery Management

  • Own project timelines and ensure on-time, quality delivery across all technical teams
  • Manage global enterprise customer requirements, translating needs into actionable tasks
  • Manage tech budget aligned with project needs
  • Ensure ISO 42001, ISO 27001 compliance and enterprise technical standards
  • Deliver B2B enterprise and B2C product solutions
  • Manage sprint planning, proper documentation, and stakeholder reporting

Communication & Transparency

  • Provide complete clarity on progress against goals through regular status reports
  • Communicate proactively across all departments
  • Flag risks immediately
  • Run weekly data-driven progress meetings

    • Team Management

  • Lead backend, frontend, mobile, DevOps, testing and QA teams
  • Conduct performance reviews and appraisals, set KPIs, manage development plans
  • Handle underperformance with coaching and improvement plans
  • Utilise our own learning platform for your and your team’s professional development
  • Coordinate with European teams for the development cycles
  • Build culture of accountability and excellence

    • Technical Delivery - Multi-agent AI system MAS architecture, xAPI integrations, Understanding of learning content delivery

    4. Requirements and Demands

    Essential Experience

  • 5+ years managing technical teams (backend, frontend, mobile, DevOps, testing / QA)
  • 7+ years full stack development experience
  • Proven track record delivering complex projects.
  • Experience with compliance and quality management
  • Understanding of LMS requirements
  • Professional English communication for stakeholder presentations
  • Experience managing distributed teams

    • Core Skills

  • Full stack tech knowledge : Python, Javascript, Typescript, Mobile, microservices. And a low level language, C, C++, Rust, and Zig / PHP
  • DevOps, MLOps, CI / CD pipelines, deployment processes
  • System architecture design
  • Roadmap development
  • Budget management and resource allocation
  • Enterprise development standards
  • Testing methodologies, QA processes, documentation standards
  • Agile / Scrum delivery, risk management, performance management
  • Customer facing skills
