Job Title : Head – Sales (Portfolio Management Services)

About the Role :
We are seeking a highly driven and hands-on Sales Leader to independently lead client acquisition for a fast-growing Portfolio Management Services (PMS) platform offering three differentiated funds.
This is a standalone, individual-contributor role with no team management responsibilities. The ideal candidate brings a strong natural market, deep HNI / UHNI relationships, and the ability to independently raise capital and scale AUM.
Key Responsibilities :
- Take full ownership of end-to-end sales, focusing on acquiring HNI, UHNI, and Family Office clients.
- Independently promote, distribute, and raise capital for the three PMS funds.
- Actively leverage personal networks and develop new relationships to build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
- Execute all client interactions hands-on, including meetings, presentations, onboarding discussions, and ongoing engagement.
- Partner closely with the investment team to translate fund strategies and performance into compelling sales narratives.
- Track and deliver monthly AUM growth targets with complete autonomy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wealth managers, MFDs, RMs, and other market intermediaries when needed.
- Ensure all client onboarding and documentation adhere strictly to PMS compliance requirements.
Candidate Profile :
7–15 years of experience in PMS, AIF, Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Investment Sales.Strong natural market with a proven ability to raise capital independently.Hands-on, self-driven, and entrepreneurial;thrives in a standalonerole without team support.
Deep understanding of PMS products, equity markets, and investment philosophies.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.High level of ownership with the ability to build business from the ground up.What This Role Offers :
