Job Title : Account Executive

Location : Ahmedabad

Experience : 1–4 Years

We’re looking for a meticulous and proactive Account Executive to handle day-to-day accounting, ensure compliance, and maintain financial accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.

Prepare and verify invoices, payment vouchers, and purchase orders.

Oversee accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely settlements.

Reconcile bank statements and assist in financial audits.

Support monthly and annual financial closings and reporting.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

1–4 years of accounting experience (IT / telecom sector preferred).

Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems , MS Excel , and GST / TDS regulations.

Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
