What You’ll Do

• Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams — making sure every brief lands right.
• Handle day-to-day client communication and project coordination.
• Ensure timely delivery of campaigns, creatives, and content.
• Understand client objectives and translate them into clear, actionable briefs.
• Maintain trackers, reports, and timelines (because deadlines are sacred).
• Spot opportunities to upsell ideas, campaigns, and value.
• Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and media teams to make magic happen.
