Position Summary

The Senior AI Project Manager / Program Liaison will serve as the key bridge between UST teams and leadership for all AI program activities. This is not a traditional delivery-only project manager role; instead, it emphasizes strategic coordination, leadership support, real-time responsiveness, and executive communication. The role ensures smooth information flow, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined oversight of AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact between UST and leadership for all AI program updates.
Provide real-time support during EST business hours, ensuring immediate responsiveness to leadership needs.
Coordinate communication and information flow across technical teams, PMO, and stakeholders.
Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and escalate issues proactively.
Prepare high-quality, executive-ready reports, presentations, and dashboards.
Support definition, prioritization, and refinement of AI use cases.
Ensure adherence to program governance and maintain consistent documentation standards.

Must-Have Skills

12+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or liaison roles

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

Proven stakeholder management and executive presence

Excellent documentation and reporting skills

Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Teams)

Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Strong attention to detail with disciplined follow-through

High responsiveness and availability during EST hours

Good-to-Have Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

PMP or similar certification

Experience working with global technology organizations

Understanding of AI / ML concepts, data pipelines, and enterprise IT environments

Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as GxP
