Role Overview :

As a Senior Designer, you’ll be the bridge between sharp strategy and stunning visuals. You’ll craft brand narratives through design systems, campaign identities, and digital experiences that are both meaningful and beautiful. You’ll mentor young creatives, challenge conventions, and shape work that moves audiences and drives results.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Be the visual voice of the brand — crafting designs that don’t just look good but speak.
• Lead the design process from spark to finish — concept, layout, execution, and everything in between.
• Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and strategists to bring campaign ideas to life across digital, print, film, and social.
• Mentor and inspire junior designers; help them level up their craft and creative thinking.
• Build compelling visual identities, brand worlds, and campaign systems that stay fresh yet strategic.
• Push the boundaries — explore new visual languages, experiment with formats, and keep creativity moving forward.
• Own the details — from typography choices to color grading — ensuring every pixel is purposeful.
• Keep the design output aligned with brand goals; while making sure it still breaks clutter.
