US Staffing - Technical Recruiter

About the role

You will source, screen, and close technical talent for W2 engagements. You will own the full cycle, hit daily targets, and keep compliance tight.

Key responsibilities :

• Work on requisitions, gather intake notes, define search strategy.
• Source talent through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal pools.
• Pre screen for skills, availability, work authorization, and compensation fit.
• Submit calibrated profiles with clean write ups and updated resumes.
• Coordinate interviews, prep candidates, debrief, and manage feedback.
• Negotiate W2 compensation, confirm notice periods, and secure acceptances.
• Track activity and outcomes in the ATS, maintain accurate pipelines and reports.
• Partner with onboarding and compliance for background checks and day one readiness.
