Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller plus Patient Counselor at Dr. Neha Yadav's clinic in Faridabad. The responsibilities include contacting potential clients for hair transplant consultations, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and following up with patients. Additionally, the role involves counseling patients about hair transplant procedures, ensuring they understand the process, and providing support throughout their journey. Excellent communication and coordination with the clinic team are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and provide counseling
• Ability to explain medical procedures in an empathetic and clear manner
• Proficiency in using telephone systems and other communication tools
• Capability to manage schedules, follow-ups, and patient records efficiently
• Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail
• Experience in a healthcare, counseling, or customer service setting is preferred
• Fluency in Hindi and English for effective communication
• Basic knowledge of hair transplant procedures or willingness to learn about healthcare services
