Role Description

As a Performance Marketer at Parva, you will oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of result-driven marketing campaigns. This full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad includes responsibilities such as planning and managing paid ad campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to maximize ROI. The Performance Marketer will also collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Digital Advertising, Paid Media Management, and Social Media Advertising
• Strong skills in Data Analysis, Analytics Interpretation, and Performance Optimization
• Knowledge in Campaign Strategy, A / B Testing, and Marketing Automation
• Experience with SEO, SEM, and utilizing tracking tools like Google Analytics
• Proficiency in Excel, Dashboard Reporting, and Presentation Skills
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field preferred
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM software is a plus
