We're Hiring : Project Director (Country Manager) for T&D Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE

️ Industry : EPC | Transmission & Distribution

We’re seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our operations in the UAE. This is a strategic role for a seasoned professional from large, reputed organizations in Infrastructure space, with a strong blend of Business Development acumen and Project Execution expertise .

Key Responsibilities :

Lead country-level operations and drive strategic growth.

Manage large-scale EPC projects with a focus on timely delivery, Safety and quality.

Build and nurture client relationships to expand business opportunities.

Oversee cross-functional teams and ensure operational excellence.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

20+ years of experience in Transmission & Distribution EPC or Infrastructure projects.

Proven track record in project execution and business development.

Prior exposure to the Middle East market , especially UAE.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial skills.
