Agile Scrum Master

Location : Noida

Experience : 9 to 12 years

Candidate Profile :

• Strong knowledge of AGILE ceremonies ( Refinement Estimations Daily scrum Retrospective Demonstration).
• Solid knowledge of Project Management methodologies Iterative / Agile / Kanban
• Ability to remove impediments and ensure smooth progress of the sprint.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams Business Analyst and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of software estimation.
• Experience of working with European clients.
• Monitor sprint metrics (velocity burndown capacity) and drive continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in JIRA is must
• Strong eye for detail and keen focus on results with a flexible can-do approach
• Practicing Servant Leadership
• Strong understanding of CI / CD process followed and awareness to tools
• Good to have previous experience in dev and understands the technical design and implementation of the projects
