Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain shell scripts for automation and system tasks.
- Perform vulnerability assessments using tools such as Rapid7 InsightVM, CrowdStrike, Nexus , etc.
- Collaborate with security teams to assess vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies.
- Work with DevOps, SysAdmins, and Developers to drive remediation efforts.
- Conduct security analysis, security assessments , and monitor remediation progress.
- Utilize monitoring and reporting tools (Grafana, Splunk, Jira) for tracking and issue management.
- Analyze and prioritize risks using CVSS scoring, vendor advisories, and vulnerability metrics .
- Support CI / CD processes and basic DevOps practices for secure deployments.
- Prepare reports and documentation using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word .
Must-to-Have Skills
3+ years of experience in Vulnerability Management or DevSecOps .Strong expertise in Shell Scripting and Linux administration .Hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools (Rapid7 InsightVM, CrowdStrike, Nexus, etc.).Good understanding of vulnerability management principles, methodologies, and best practices .Proficiency with CI / CD tools and basic DevOps practices.Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Splunk, Jira).Knowledge of CVSS scoring and risk prioritization .Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Good-to-Have Skills
Exposure to version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.).Experience with automation in vulnerability management .Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS / Azure) .Advanced project and time management skills .Strong collaboration and documentation skills.Experience & Location
