Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Delivery Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud (ERP / HCM / SCM / Financials) projects.

This is a strategic role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, innovation, and leadership — ensuring excellence in delivery while shaping the future of intelligent enterprise solutions.

Location : Chennai / Bangalore

Shift timing : 2.30pm to 12.00

What You’ll Do

Lead and manage Oracle Cloud / Fusion project deliveries — ensuring on-time, within-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
Act as the key client partner, managing expectations, escalations, and stakeholder communication.
Drive governance, compliance, and risk management aligned with Oracle best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, future-ready Oracle solutions.
Integrate AI / ML capabilities to enhance automation, predictive analytics, and business intelligence across ERP, HCM, and SCM.
Mentor and guide delivery teams to adopt innovative and AI-driven delivery practices.

What You Bring

Proven experience managing Oracle Fusion / Cloud implementations (ERP, HCM, SCM, Financials).

Strong program / project management expertise (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

Knowledge of AI / ML concepts such as predictive analytics, RPA, NLP, or intelligent automation.

Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (preferred).
