Business Solution Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and analysis to business stakeholders on requirements for new and existing data strategy and architecture.
• Collaborate with program managers and product owners to support the delivery roadmap for stakeholders.
• Participate in all phases of the development life cycle including requirements gathering and analysis, design, build, test, implementation, and continuous service.
• Demonstrate proven capability to be disciplined and flexible in managing business analysis tasks.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable data requirements and specifications.
• Understand and apply agile workcell approaches to deliver where applicable.
• Champion opportunities to reduce cost and improve efficiency through data-driven solutions.
• Provide solutions and continuous improvement opportunities to efficiently solve problems and provide critical thinking skills.
• Gain recognition as a trusted advisor with customers and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
