Business Development & Client Relationship ManagerThis role is ideal for freshers or graduates from communication, management, or business backgrounds who possess strong interpersonal and conversational skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming calls and customer queries professionally and courteously.
- Educate potential clients about AFWHO's housing projects and benefits.
- Maintain and develop positive relationships with clients.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads and assist in the closure process.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM or database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experience.
- Achieve basic performance and communication KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum Qualification : Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree mandatory).Experience : Freshers and candidates from communication, marketing, or client-handling backgrounds are encouraged to apply.Excellent command of English and Hindi (spoken and written).Polite, confident, and customer-friendly communication style.Good listening skills and a positive attitude.Basic computer knowledge and comfort with MS Office / CRM tools.Skills Required
