Resident Quality Engineer

Responsibilities :

Define inspection standards and quality judgment criteria for products; supervise and ensure the effective implementation of quality standards.

Monitor process control in EMS and drive continuous improvement of quality performance.

Collect and analyze quality data; organize teams to develop and implement quality improvement actions.

Follow the FA (Failure Analysis) process for customer returns and submit 8D reports with effective problem-solving.

Handle customer audits, internal audits, and hierarchical audits; drive timely closure of identified issues.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree or above

At least 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing

Native English speaker (Chinese proficiency is a strong plus)

Familiarity with EMS SMT / PCBA processes and quality operations

Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management system

Proficiency in quality tools and structured problem-solving methodologies
