Job Description

• Develop and implement data privacy policies in alignment with legal requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor and assess compliance with data protection regulations across the organization.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and ensure mitigation of identified risks.
• Provide expert advice on data privacy-related matters to internal stakeholders.
• Lead data breach investigations and manage reporting processes.
• Organize and deliver training sessions on data privacy for employees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed privacy-by-design principles into processes.
• Stay updated on changes in data privacy laws and ensure the organization adapts accordingly.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Manager - Data Privacy should have :

• A degree in law
• Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and Indian data protection laws.
• Experience working in the healthcare or legal industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
