Job Title : US Accounting Executive Night Shift (Onsite – Mohali)

Location : Mohali (Work from Office)

Shift Timing : Night Shift – 6 : 00 PM to 3 : 00 AM IST

Experience Required : 1–2 Years

Job Description :

We are looking for two experienced US Accounting Executives to join our team for the night shift at our Mohali office . The ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of US accounting principles, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day US accounting operations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Handle accounts payable / receivable and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with US accounting standards.
• Use Excel extensively for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
