Position : Retail Trainer
Qualifications : MBA, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations.

Location : Andheri -Mumbai
Experience : 3-5 + years of experience in training or luxury retail.
Overview : The role includes travelling to branches to train new joiners, assess existing staff, and support the organisation’s Learning & Development strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct training on diamonds, gemstones, metals, hallmarking, and product features.
- Travel to store locations for new joiner onboarding and in-person training.
- Train staff on invoicing processes, billing software, documentation, and store SOPs.
- Assess existing staff through observation, tests, and performance evaluations.
- Deliver sales, luxury customer experience, and clientelling training.
- Develop L&D materials : manuals, SOPs, e-learning, and presentations.
- Identify skill gaps and design improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with certifications, process standards, and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with HR and Retail teams to manage training schedules.
Key Skills & Competencies :
Strong jewellery and gemology knowledge.L&D skills : content design, facilitation, coaching, and evaluation.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to travel frequently across locations.
