Job description

Good Vibes Entertainment is looking for a Senior Creative Lead to shape the voice, look, and storytelling for high-velocity, youth-first brands. If you don’t just follow trends—but create them—let’s talk.

What you’ll do

  • Own the creative direction for social across IG, YouTube, Facebook & X—end to end from idea → script → shoot → edit → publish.
  • Build thumb-stopping content pillars (reels, explainers, promos, UGC, live commerce) that ladder up to business goals.
  • Lead concepting for campaigns, launches, and creator collabs; turn insights into platform-native ideas.
  • Oversee influencer / creator programs—shortlist talent, brief them, co-create content, and measure ROI.
  • Partner with writers, designers, editors, production & account teams to ship consistently excellent work.
  • Review, refine, and approve output; maintain brand consistency while experimenting with new formats.
  • Use data to iterate—A / B test hooks, CTAs, edits; report what worked and what we’ll try next.

You’re someone who

  • Brings 3–5 years in social / content / influencer / creative roles (agency experience preferred).
  • Is fluent in visual + verbal storytelling and knows how to connect creative to KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, view-through, cost-per-view, conversions).
  • Understands youth culture, gaming / esports, tech, memes, and trend cycles—and knows when not to chase them.
  • Is a doer and a leader : you can brief clearly, give actionable feedback, and roll up your sleeves when needed.

    • Nice to have

  • Experience in photography, video direction, or art direction.
  • Comfort with live shoots, studio setups, and creator-led productions.
  • Relationships with creators / talent agencies; experience in lifestyle / tech / culture spaces.

    • Tools you’re comfy with

  • Adobe CC (Premiere / After Effects / Photoshop), CapCut, Figma, Google Workspace / Notion / Asana (or similar), Meta Business Suite / YouTube Studio; basic analytics literacy.

  • 7-10 LPA, depending on the experience
