Procurement Executive

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day purchasing activities.
• Request, evaluate, and compare quotations from suppliers.
• Track purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier databases.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for smooth operations.
• Inspect goods upon receipt to verify quality and quantity.
• Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels.
• Support vendor management and development initiatives.
• Assist in both central and project-based procurement.
