🔹 Drive Regional Campaigns : Adapt and execute national brand campaigns for regional audiences, ensuring cultural relevance across festivals, weddings, and local markets.

🔹 Lead Integrated Marketing : Plan and deliver ATL, BTL, Digital, and in-store campaigns that reflect brand values and elevate customer experience.

🔹 Strategic Partnerships : Build collaborations with luxury brands, designers, wedding curators, and influencers to drive engagement and visibility.

🔹 Digital Storytelling : Develop region-specific content strategies for social and digital platforms that reflect local culture and brand aspiration.

🔹 Retail & Consumer Connect : Partner with store teams to create impactful on-ground events and drive footfall through premium experiences.

🔹 Team Leadership : Mentor regional marketing teams, ensuring creative excellence and flawless execution.

🔹 Performance & Insights : Define KPIs, track campaign ROI, analyze market feedback, and share actionable insights with leadership.

🧠 What You Bring

✅ 11–15 years of experience in marketing leadership within premium retail, luxury, lifestyle, or fashion sectors.

✅ Strong experience leading regional marketing, content, or brand activation functions.

✅ Proven expertise in integrated marketing, digital content strategy, and consumer engagement.

✅ Deep understanding of regional cultures, festivals, and buying behaviors.

✅ Excellent leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

✅ Passion for design, craftsmanship, and storytelling.
