Robotic Process Automation Consultant

Position - UiPath AMS – Citizen Developer tower

Joining Location - Pune

Experience Required : 4–6years

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze and document business processes and workflows suitable for automation using UIPath
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and automation designs for UIPath solutions
• Demonstrate developed solutions, obtain business feedback, and optimize automations for usability and efficiency.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and validation of automation solutions.
• Understand the capabilities, features, and limitations of UIPath to facilitate process automation and standardization.
• Ensure IT deliverables align with regulatory and compliance needs, especially for Japanese business environments.
• Manage requirements traceability and documentation throughout the automation project lifecycle.
• Support change management, create training materials, and deliver training sessions in both Japanese and English.

Must-Have Qualifications :

Strong understanding of UiPath including Infra and License

Hands-on experience across the SDLC

Excellent communication , team coordination , and reporting skills

Good-to-Have Skills :

UiPath Certification
