Job Title : Sales Executive

Location : Gurgaon / Delhi NCR

Experience Level : Mid-Level

About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our client’s growing team in the retail sector. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth through effective customer engagement, market research, and strategic business development.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and target new business opportunities across assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote brand visibility.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA preferred.
  • 2–4 years of proven sales experience in B2B or retail sectors.
  • Skills & Competencies :

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and foster long-term customer relationships.
  • Excellent presentation and client-handling skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Good analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
