About the Role
The Performance Marketer drives customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through strategic and data-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. This role focuses on optimizing campaign ROI, managing ad budgets, and ensuring continuous improvement through advanced analytics and frequent testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies targeting growth and conversion.
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, , and programmatic channels.
- Monitor, analyse, and report key metrics including CAC, ROI, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and optimise accordingly.
- Implement A / B testing and experimentation to improve creative assets, audience targeting, and conversion funnels.
- Collaborate with content, analytics, and design teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Manage advertising budgets, bid strategies, and audience segmentation.
