We seek a meticulous Retoucher who can oversee quality assurance and manage project workflows with precision. This role involves high-quality image retouching, quality assurance, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform exceptional retouching on e-commerce, fashion, and lifestyle images.
• Review and QA final images before delivery to ensure consistency and quality standards.
• Coordinate with editors and team leads to manage timelines and milestones.
• Track daily workflows and flag potential delays or issues.
• Develop and enforce SOPs and style guides for retouching.
• Provide feedback to junior retouchers as needed.
